Decor and comfort of the hotel was excellent. Facilities were of good standard.
The cost of the meals in your restaurant Armada were too expensive for what you got. We were highly amused at the antics of the aboriginals at the bus stop outside the front door. No bad points against the hotel. just thought you'd like to know.

Food excellent and innovative.
very noisy as we were directly next to lifts. On reflection we should have asked to move as we were there 4 nights.

Easy location, clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff.
The long waits as a consequence of one of the two lifts being out of action during my stay. The alternative escape stair area was not particularly appealing.

The best thing that can be said about the hotel is its location which is great if you want to go shopping in the CBD.
Apart from the fact that there is no car parking available and that the beds are almost rock hard, the cleanliness or rather lack of cleanliness is a very good reason for never coming back again. At the very least, the room cleaners should remove the soap that was used by the previous guests from the shower!!!

Ease of on-line booking; friendly staff at reception and in restaurant; ability to store baggage on last day after checking out; view from room.

Unexpected kindness from the staff
Woke up each day to the scent of fresh coffee brewing in the lobby and friendly greetings from the staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city.
Unfortunately, the air-conditioning was inconsistent, leading to some uncomfortable nights. It seemed like it needed a thorough cleaning as well.

Location
No hand towels, no toilet brush, faulty airconditioning, faulty jug, tables in resturaunt would tip over if you put pressure on outer edge, shelf above area for jug so low you would constantly hit head on it every time you stood there. Would never go back. Expensive anbd very poor overall facilities
